PURR (Philadelphia Urgent Rescue & Relief) is committed to helping the most vulnerable cats in our community — but the reality is that we receive far more requests than our small, volunteer-run rescue can ever keep up with. Every day, messages pour in about cats who are abandoned, injured, struggling outside, or need to be rehomed. We work tirelessly to help as many as we can, but the need never stops.
