At PURR, we are committed to improving the lives of Philadelphia's most vulnerable animals by providing compassionate care and urgent support. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome homeless, neglected, and abused cats, focusing on those who have been overlooked or forgotten.
Through life-saving surgeries, Trap-Neuter-Respond (TNR) initiatives and creating safe havens for the most urgent of cats, we strive to give every feline a second chance at life, love, and a forever home. Together, our goal is to build a community where every cat matters.
